Bring OTTO to Your Neighborhood

A better pizza experience. A better franchise opportunity.

About OTTO

Since 2009, OTTO has reimagined what a neighborhood pizzeria can be. We make our dough from scratch, cook with care, and build creative, comforting topping combinations that people come back for – from our award-winning Mashed Potato, Bacon & Scallion to seasonal specials built around fresh, local ingredients.

Our shops are cozy spaces meant to feel like part of the neighborhood – a place with great local beer, inventive cocktails, and music that feels right. We believe hospitality matters just as much as great food, and we work hard to make every guest feel at home.

Menu offerings, including beer, wine, and cocktails, vary by location and concept. Not all concepts are required to offer alcoholic beverages.

What started as a tiny slice shop in Portland has grown into a family of locations across ME, MA, and NH – each rooted in the same values: quality, community, craft, and genuine, easy-going service.

Our franchise locations follow the same approach: focused menus, thoughtful operations, and a commitment to delivering a consistently great experience whether someone’s grabbing a slice or feeding a crowd.

  • Consistently recognized as one of New England’s top pizzerias.
  • A loyal guest base across Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.
  • Robust off-premise, catering, and digital performance across all markets.
  • A high-volume slices-and-pies model that works in many formats.
